The start of a new era at WASHCO
On September 1st 2025, WASHCO will transition to a new business operating system. This will mark the first major milestone paving the way for a series of exciting upcoming improvements to benefit WASHCO, our partners and our customers.
While switching operating systems is a significant task, we have spent months preparing for this change, and we are now ready to go live. We expect the transition to be smooth and anticipate minimal disruption. Existing customers and suppliers do not need to take any actions, except perhaps to be patient and supportive as we adjust to the new system. All data and processes will be migrated from our old operating system to the new one, ensuring continuity.
WASHCO are entering a new era that promises to revolutionise how we work and serve our customers. Ultimately, we aim to improve WASHCO for us all and, critically, to be more accountable and effective for our loyal customers.
