The start of a new era at WASHCO

On September 1st 2025, WASHCO transitioned to a new business operating system. This marked the first major milestone paving the way for a series of exciting upcoming improvements to benefit WASHCO, our partners and our customers. 

Switching operating systems is a significant task, and we spent months preparing for this change. While we expected the transition to be smooth and anticipate minimal disruption, reality has not quite met our expectations. 

If you have experienced delays on our end, please trust that we have been working extremely hard to get back to normal, and we apologise for the inconvenience. 

We value your business above all, and we ask for your patience and support as we adjust to the new system.  

Ultimately, we aim to improve WASHCO for us all and, critically, to be more accountable and effective for our loyal customers.
