Attending service or installation visits during these strange times can be hard on our engineers, both physically and mentally.
They have to worry about themselves, their family and our customers. However, despite the situation and without exception, our Service and Installation Engineers carry out their work with professionalism and skill.
Here are just a few of the direct quotes we have received over the last few weeks;
“I would like to say a huge thanks to your engineers and backroom staff. I have only ever heard our Maintenance Teams speak highly of them. As a charity, their help is invaluable”
NHS:
“They were cheerful, helpful and very professional at all times. They brightened up our day.”
“We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for your commitment to working on our cohort wards. The contribution of your team to getting wards ready has been exceptional; you really have gone above and beyond for the benefit of our service users and the communities we serve.”
City Council:
“I just wanted to take the time out to say a huge thank you to the engineer who fitted our new machine last Tuesday. He is a real credit to your team.”
“He gave such excellent customer service to us, he stayed well beyond what I’m guessing is his normal working hours to ensure that the machine was installed”
“He took the time out to show me how to set the programming and also gave me some expert advice when I was questioned by a member of the team the following day about the new electrics meeting standards required. He also wanted to stay even later to tidy up!”
“Please can you send our sincere thanks and praise to your engineer, his professionalism, skills and customer service were excellent and much appreciated.”
We are proud to be out on the road every day, supporting the needs of anyone trying to continue or start their laundry operation during this pandemic.
