Whatever you choose, you can be assured you’re in safe hands. Our nationwide team of highly qualified engineers are trained across a wide variety of brands including MieleSpeed Queen, and Primus.

From when you first spot a problem with your equipment until we’ve got you back up and running, you can be assured of a professional service. Our engineers are GAS safe, fully uniformed with security passes and enhanced DBS checked. And as one of the largest spares distributors in the UK, you can be confident our engineers will have the right spares, on their van, delivering a high level of first-time fix. Service made simple.

Services and upgrades included in your rental package

No worries about breakdowns. Upgrade your equipment at preferential costs.

We’ll maintain and service your equipment giving you ultimate peace of mind.

Should any of your laundry equipment breakdown, WASHCO carries all the risk. If the equipment cannot be repaired, we’ll replace it with a new machine, at no additional cost to you.

Should you wish to upgrade or replace your equipment during your rental period, you can do so by making a small adjustment to your regular payment.

The Rental Plus package includes:

  • Contract length: 6 or 8 years
  • Washco warranty parts & labour for the duration of your contract.
  • Priority service which includes 8 working hour response from one of our highly trained engineers, no repair bills or callout charges, urgent 4-hour response in case of a gas or significant water leaks, no wear and tear clause.
  • Installation is included with a full site survey, direct delivery to site, unpacking and final positioning, connection to services, final commissioning and training as well as removal and disposal of installation waste.
  • Annual service which includes a multi-point check and gas safe certification.
  • Account review – A six monthly review of service KPIs.
